OUR CLUBHOUSE

THE CENTER OF COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Our beautiful 20,600 square foot clubhouse is the hub of activity for Heritage Springs. It features a large, upscale lobby with a professionally staffed Concierge Desk. We have a Card Room, Billiards Room, an Arts & Crafts Room with kilns for ceramic work, and a Computer Center/Library with Internet access and hundreds of books. Our Heated Pool and Spa is also available for the enjoyment of our residents and their guests.

Our clubhouse features a Performing Arts Center that can seat 250 people, and has an elevated stage with theater quality sound and lighting. It’s the place to experience dance bands, professional performances, and the many social events held regularly at Heritage Springs.

Our clubhouse is also the home of our Fountain Vue Restaurant. It provides an enjoyable dining experience for you and your guests. For lighter fare and full bar service, you can visit our Sports Lounge. It has eight widescreen HD TVs, and offers impressive views of our pool and lake through its large picture windows.

Our Upper Deck Terrace provides a truly special outdoor dining experience. It offers a spectacular view that overlooks our pool complex, and the scenic lake surrounding the 18th green. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a drink while socializing with friends.
