The Trinity Area – A Preferred Location

One of several planned communities in southwest Pasco County, Florida, Heritage Springs is located in Trinity on the borders of Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Trinity is a census-designated place (CDP) with a total of 16,036 households and an estimated 38,326 residents.

As part of the $1.5 billion master-planned community of Trinity, Heritage Springs affords residents close proximity to great shopping, fine dining, cafés, parks, and upscale salons and spas. We are adjacent to the Champions Club and the Fox Hollow Golf Course that hosts PGA Tour Event Qualifiers. Scenic walking and biking trails, community parks, and playgrounds are located near our gated neighborhood.

The new, state-of-the-art Medical Center of Trinity, the Trinity Outpatient Center, and Urgent Care Center are just minutes from Heritage Springs. The Trinity community park, which is located just outside our gates, is adjacent to the Pasco County police and firehouse.
