For those seeking non-impact workouts, we provide instructor led Prime Time Fitness, Gentle Yoga, and Taoist Tai Chi classes. Our gated community allows residents to enjoy daily walks along our beautifully manicured boulevards or bicycle throughout the community.
For more strenuous exercise, work out in our Fitness Center with exercise bikes, treadmills, weight machines and free weights. If you enjoy competitive endeavors as part of your exercise routine, play golf or tennis year-round.
